Ummed and aaahed for a while before being convinced to head to the coast for a sesh. I was not sure how good a SE direction will be at Borth. I was going to have a flatwater blating sesh on big kit but thank goodness I made the effort to travel. Rigged up my 5.0 which was fine most of the time. However the wind was very gusty and with quite a strong current made getting out back sometimes fustrating. Did my best to catch some waves front side but I need a lot more pratice. Nice to have a few others out as well.
